Color format guide

HEX: #ff6600 or #f60 — the 6-digit (or 3-digit shorthand) hexadecimal notation used in CSS.

RGB: rgb(255, 102, 0) — red, green, blue values from 0-255.

HSL: hsl(24, 100%, 50%) — hue (0-360), saturation (0-100%), lightness (0-100%). Often more intuitive for picking color variations.
